Terms of service
When you commission me you accept my terms & conditions. These apply to everyone without exception.
➼ I have the right to decline if I’m not comfortable with drawing what you want me to do.
➼ If you want your commission for a special date, you can ask. You have to ask for it at least 1 week before the date you want it. If it is delayed, I will let you know.
➼ Every commission will have my signature/watermark. You can ask for a bigger watermark in case I am posting the commission on my social media.PAYMENT
➼ Once a commission is ordered, 20% of the payment must be upfront. The rest of the payment must be sent after the sketch is done and approved.
➼ Accepted payments: Paypal (USD) [Transferencia y depósitos por OXXO si eres de México.]
➼ Payment plans are accepted if the value reaches over $100 USD.
➼ I am not responsible for any payment error that might happen.REFUNDS
➼ Full refunds are ONLY accepted if I have not started the commission.
➼ If I take longer than 1 month to finish your commission without giving any news or progress, you can ask for a refund.
➼ If I have a partial sketch, 80% of the payment is given.
➼ If I have a full sketch, 50% of the payment is given.
➼ If coloring is already started, 20% of the payment is given.
➼ If I am almost done, 10% of the payment is given.
➼ The refund conditions above might change depending on the commission type.CHANGES
➼ If I have not started your commission, you can change character or pose.
➼ Any type of changes are accepted for free while I’m still working on the sketch. Once the sketch is approved and I start lineart/color, more changes mean I will be charging more for each one.
➼ A full pose change after the sketch was previously approved, automatically means I will be charging extra.
